TXWCR at a Glance

Modernizing Wildlife Conservation

Texas Wildlife Conservancy & Rehab is located in the small town of Lakehills, the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Our property is conveniently situated between 3 large counties, Bandera, Medina, & Bexar. We receive many wild animals each year which have been orphaned or injured, and rehabilitate them in accordance with veterinary partners and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department laws. With the ultimate goal of release, we give each animal the proper care needed to become self-sufficient in the wild, with minimal human contact during the rehab process.
